- General Fund $ 2.72M
- Special Revenue Funds $ 1.33M

REPORTS
Personnel
Bob Simmons reported on salary and wage increases for employees, including a 3% increase across the board, except for two employees who were increased to move them into their pay range.
Ada Police Department
Chief Alec Cooper reported that the first of two new tornado sirens was installed at the Fire Station on December 1, with a second to be installed in the median on Grandview Boulevard on December 3. The existing siren is located at the Village "street barn."
Linda Mason noted that her neighbor on Grandview was concerned about the aesthetics of a utility pole and additional landscaping work.
Cooper explained that the location for the additional siren was chosen because it has electricity for the siren and avoids conflicts with existing overhead and underground wires and cables. The location also gives maximum coverage for tornado warnings. Residents in the area have not been able to hear the siren at Depot Park.
The discussion ended with Council agreeing to go ahead with the current plan to install the pole on December 3.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The public portion of the meeting ended at 7:12 p.m., when Council entered an executive session to discuss employment.
