The Park District Liberty Twp Hardin Co Ohio met on the above date in the park office.

The meeting was held via phone conversation with Bob Szuch and Paul Fletcher.  Both board members were out of town on the February 16, 2026.  Present at the park office were Jamie Hall, Ken Wolke, park manager and Mary Jane Lee, Clerk.

The minutes were read and approved.  Jamie made a motion to accept the minutes, and Paul seconded the motion.  All were in favor and the motion carried.  The financial report has been updated since Bob had met with Mike Bacon, County Auditor.  There were 2 spaces added to the Expenses & Income vs Budgeted Amounts.  The 2 new that were added were Grant Loan (Superior CU) and Grant.  The board asked the clerk to get all the accounts into a positive balance.  Bob made a motion for the clerk to do so, and Jamie seconded the motion.  All were in favor and the motion carried. A copy of the Amended sheet was mailed to Mike Bacon.

The contractors are working on the shelter house even in this cold weather.  The block is almost all laid at the shelter house.

The board asked the clerk to apply for $2,500.00 from the Hardin County Foundation.  With the money the park will purchase 2 picnic tables for the concession stand area at the football field.

Bob made a motion for the clerk to do so, and Jamie seconded the motion.  All were in favor and the motion carried.

Jamie made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Paul seconded the motion.  All were in favor and the motion carried.
