Lara “Donna” (Martin) Price worked at New Leaf
Lara “Donna” (Martin) Price, age 58, of Kenton, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born on December 24, 1967, in Lima, Ohio, to Tom Parks and Mary Martin. Donna married Steve Price on May 1, 2004, and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are her five sons and daughter: Brandon Spradlin of Dunkirk, Luke Price of Kenton, Dustin (Amanda) Price of Arlington, Cody (Courtney) Price of Van Buren, Logan (Brianna) Price of Benton Ridge and Lara Price of Kenton; seven grandchildren: Ever Spradlin, Brantley Price, Kieran Price, Leighton Price, Weslie Price, Averie Price and Parker Price; brother, Mike (Valarie) Parks of Van Wert; sister, Kathy Martin of Lima; and many close aunts and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Gary “Gator” Spradlin.
Donna worked at New Leaf Garden Center, Kenton. She formerly worked for Keith Lange Law Office as a legal assistant and at Hardin Northern High School as a secretary. Donna was a member of the Grace Gospel Church of Ada, where she led the Women of Grace Bible study group. Donna was the head of the Hardin Northern Band Boosters and served on the Hardin Northern Public Library Board. She was a member of the Dunkirk Garden Club, and she volunteered for the Hardin County Master Gardeners. Donna loved gardening, planting flowers and traveling to the mountains. Donna loved her family and grandchildren, along with her pet geese and ducks.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada, with Pastor Jeff Price officiating. Burial will be in Dunkirk Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Gospel Church, 321 N. Gilbert Street, Ada, Ohio 45810.
