FROM FACEBOOK__Ada Schools inter-district open enrollment is now open for 2026–27. Families wishing to apply must complete the application online through FinalForms by May 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

HOW TO APPLY

Navigate to Final Forms, adabulldogs.org/page/finalforms

Once logged in, you will see a blue box in the middle of the screen to apply for the "2026–2027 school year."

Next, a warning will appear on the screen prompting you to confirm you are entering data in the correct year.
