IV. New Business –Discussion regarding interested party for Parcel# 251701280000 located on Eric Wolber Dr. The property was deeded to Ada CIC on 9/20/1989 from the Village of Ada. A motion would be needed to approve the transfer of the property located on Eric Wolber Dr. parcel # 251701280000 by deed to Configure, LLC, subject to the terms outlined in the purchase agreement and all applicable legal requirements, and authorize Jane Napier, Village of Ada Solicitor, to draw up the legal paperwork.
