The Corporate Public Relations & Marketing Department at Blanchard Valley Health System has been named the winner of three national awards for their Mayo Clinic Care Network campaign.
These awards include a Bronze Aster Award, a Silver Telly Award and an Award of Distinction.
“We are elated to learn that our team received these awards for our work on the Mayo Clinic Care Network campaign,” shared Amy J. Leach, director of Corporate PR & Marketing.

We do want to make it very clear though, contrary to published individual statements, businesses must require their employees to wear facial coverings.
In response to recent questions and concerns the Kenton Hardin Health Department (KHHD) released information about its part in the COVID-19 response thus far. Those details follow:
The Health Department, as the lead agency in the Hardin County response to the COVID-19 emergency, has been in regular contact with the directors of the four long-term care facilities in the county.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventories of the four facilities have been known to the health department throughout the emergency.
A new enclosed shelter house is under construction this summer at the Ada Park, according to Ken Wolke, park manager. Amburgey Construction is the contractor. Wolke expects the project to take about 16 weeks. When finished the shelter will be approximately 30 by 50 feet. Funding is from the recent passed park levy.
Alger Public Library announces its current guidelines with the Icon, according to Stacey Hensley, library director.
"We are booking appointments. Call 419-757-7755 to reserve your spot," said Hensley.
The library at 100 W. Wagner St., Alger, is open from noon to 5 p.m. and for those at risk or seniors. Patrons may contact the library about its special hours
