Barrette Jones, Ada High School senior, is the Mid-Ohio Energy Cooperative Ada February student of the month.

Barrette is active in several school organizations including:

For persons 70 and older • You must register in advance

Bluffton Hospital will offer another vaccination clinic for the community.

In this phase, individuals 70 and older will be available to receive the vaccination in a  clinic held on Friday, Feb. 5 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

To register, please 419.369.2323 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There are a limited number of vaccines available, therefore vaccines will be given on a first call, first-served basis. A caregiver or loved one may make an appointment on behalf of an eligible senior.

Following a 2-hour delay announcement last night, Ada schools announced this morning (Tuesday, Feb. 2) that school is closed and classes are moved to remote learning. The announcement was made at 7:25 a.m.
