If the last couple days are any indication, I’m in for a very bumpy, noisy, hectic ride. Parents across the state are scrambling to find childcare and/or helping their children accomplish learning at home, all whilst preparing for the possibility of enforced isolation from the coronavirus.

Ada school cafeteria began providing meals to Ada school students today. Many meals were picked up at the school drive-thru pickup near the cafeteria. And, 110 meals were delivered thanks for many volunteers. For information on school meals click here.

Our staff began a deep dive into concepts related to the “R Factor” and culture at the beginning of this school year.
On February 25, we were blessed to have had Tim Kight come speak to our staff to share these concepts with our teachers and staff, as well as with representatives of many other organizations who partner with us to educate our students.
A MESSAGE FROM HARDIN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, KENTON
In an effort to protect our patients, visitors, physicians and staff from COVID-19, OhioHealth is implementing a more restricted visitation policy than was originally announced on Monday.
The new policy will be effective immediately. Besides the information listed below the main entrance for Hardin Memorial Hospital will be closed from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. During these times please use the Emergency Department entrance.
Visitor guidelines:
·Patients will be limited to one per day
o One exception – both parents will be allowed to visit their child
