How many languages can you speak?
Klava: My mom taught me some Russian, but I’m best at English.

But, a great example of what happens when a small town puts on a festival

Food, kid's games, pony rides, craft vendors, queen candidates...it all adds up to an interesting fall afternoon in a small northwestern Ohio village.

Ken Collins, Icon photographer, captures a sense of the event in this series of photos. Previously the Icon shared his parade photos and pre-parade photos.

This series focuses on the people enjoying the festival activities, plus some additional parade photos.

Here's a behind-the-scenes photo series by Ken Collins, Icon photographer, showing what takes place before a parade.

Colllins walked along the Harvest and Herb Festival parade line up as floats arrived, selfies were taken, bands tuned up, and participants spent time awaiting for the parade to start.

These photos reflect people just being themselves.
