Benjamin Bowers was among 574 graduates awarded degrees by Denison University President Adam Weinberg at a virtual conferral of degrees event held on Saturday, May 16.

Bowers, a resident of Ada, was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, with a major in geoscience with a concentration in narrative journalism.

Two Miami University students from Ada  ranked in the top 20 percent of undergraduate students within their division for second semester 2019-20 have been named to the dean's list recognizing academic excellence. The students are: 
• Elizabeth Milks
• Meredith Morgan

Cedarville University student Dakota Clay of Ada, majoring in Mech Engineering, was named to the Dean's Honor List for Spring 2020. This recognition required Clay to maintain a 3.75 GPA and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours.

 

Fifteen students from Ada, Alger and Allen East communities received their Associate’s degrees from Rhodes State College following spring semester 2020. The list is below: 

The following students from Hardin County and the surrounding area were named to the Dean’s List for spring semester 2019-20 at Ohio Northern University. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student must attain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and be enrolled full-time.
