Liberty National Bank will participate in Welcome Home Program
Liberty National Bank will participate in the Welcome Home Program, announced Ronald L. Zimmerly, Jr., president and CEO. The program is a grant sponsored by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. Funds will be available starting on March 2.
The Welcome Home Program is designed to assist eligible homeowners with down payment or closing costs when purchasing or buying a home.
The Welcome Home Program provides up to $5,000 in grant money for eligible homeowners and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Welcome Home funds will be available starting March 2, 2015, and will end when the money is no longer available.
In addition to the grant money, Liberty National Bank is waiving ½ of the processing fee for approved homeowners that qualify for the grant in 2015.
