High school football and all the trimmings return to Ada Friday. Pre-sale tickets are now available as are tickets for a chicken barbecue dinner. Here are the details:

Ada students can save $2 by purchasing a ticket in advance for Friday's football season opener.

There are presale tickets available in the Ada High School office for Friday’s home varsity football game vs Hardin Northern. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. Adult tickets are $6 and student tickets are $4. All tickets at the game will be $6.

Ada Music Boosters will offer a BBQ Express chicken barbecue dinner Friday evening at the park.

Serving is from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Drive-thru pick-ups are available. Persons should enter the park from North Park Avenue.

The dinner includes: one-half barbecue chicken, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll with butter and plasticware. (Pop or water will be available for 50 cents, on site.)
