Hardin Homemaker's Christmas Program Dec. 1 at Ada First United Methodist
Women of all ages are invited to the Hardin County Homemaker’s Christmas Program, “Christmas in the Making,” on Tuesday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. –2:30 p.m., sponsored by the Hardin County Homemaker’s Council & Ohio State University Extension, Hardin County Office.
Cost for the program and luncheon is $10 per person. Cost for the program only is $5 per person.
The program will be held at Ada First United Methodist Church, 301 N. Main St. Ada, Ohio. Lunch will provided by the Ada First United Methodist Church Women. The menu for the luncheon is ham loaf, cheesy potatoes, salad, Black Forest dessert and beverages.
Registration on the day of the event will be hosted by the members of the Good Intentions Club.
Attendees will be welcomed by Council President Evelyn VanBuskirk and roll call will be taken by Council Secretary Janice Durenberger. This will be followed by the Installation of the 2016 officers by Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Educator, Jami Dellifield.
Programming will be provided by Ohio Northern University international students from Brazil and Japan, “Christmas Traditions From Around the World”; Jami Dellifield, “Food for Parties and Potlucks; and New Leaf Garden Center’s Laurie Laird and Chelsea Boehm, “A Burlap Christmas.”
Musical entertainment will be provided by the JubilHeirs from Miss Vicki’s Music Studio and Ready, Set, Grow Preschool Students, both from Ada.
Ohio Northern University students will be offering valet parking and a shuttle service will be offered for those who park nearby.
