Public meeting for wastewater treatment plant project and East Lima Ave. project
The Ada village council will host a public meeting on Monday, Sept. 24, at 7 p.m. at the Ada Community Health Professionals Building.
The agenda for this meeting will be two-fold. The meeting will open with a brief update on the ongoing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Project, which is currently in design stage.
Once comments and discussion have closed on the WWTP Project, the agenda will turn to the East Lima Avenue Project. East Lima Avenue is scheduled for reconstruction in 2014. Detailed plans of the project will be available for public review and comment during the public meeting. Included in the reconstruction will be a new 48-inch diameter storm sewer and a new 12-inch diameter water main.
While letters of notice of the public meeting have been mailed to property owners whose property will be directly impacted by the project, all interested parties are encouraged to attend. This meeting will give residents the opportunity to see the project design, ask questions, and offer discussion on the project.
The East Lima Avenue Reconstruction Project is funded in part by grants from the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Ohio Public Works Commission.
