ONU grad leads Friday afternoon website basics workshop
A few openings remain in Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs website basics workshop planned from noon to 1:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 19.
Ohio Northern University graduate, Ryan Lowry of Bluffton leads the workshop. A second workshop, takes place on Friday, Feb. 26. The sessions are in the BCE office, 110 S. Main St., Bluffton.
Both workshops cover the same information. These are offered on different dates to accommodate more participants.
Lowry said that the workshop cover the basics of websites. This includes:
• what you need to get started,
• what type of content to include,
• measuring and identifying your traffic and sources,
• and how to build a site for a mobile society.
A local web developer, Lowry has been creating and maintaining websites for the past 10 years. His sites include eCommerce stores, news sites, employee intranets, and small business websites.
