Bonnie Maus was a retired teacher at Allen East schools
Bonnie M. Maus, 88 died on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at 10:40 p.m. at Richland Manor Nursing Home, Bluffton.
She was born on Feb. 1, 1928, in Hancock County, Ohio to Mason “Mace” and Burdelle (Pendleton) Rader and they preceded her in death. On May 21, 1949, she married Robert Doyle Maus and he died on Dec. 15, 1980.
Bonnie retired from Allen East Schools where she was a teacher.
Surviving are two sons: Jeffery (Jane) Maus of Van Wert and Jerry (Cindy) Maus of LaFayette; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 7, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, with Pastor Charles Moeller officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Westminster.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, and until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Richland Manor Nursing Home Activities Fund, Bluffton.
