Dorothy OBrien was born in Ada

Dorothy L. O’Brien, 86, died on Wednesday, April 06, 2016, at Glenbrook Rehab & Nursing, Ft. Wayne, Ind.    

She was born on June 30, 1929 in Ada, Ohio, to Archy and Alice (Kuhn) Staley who preceded her in death. On April 17, 1954, she married Norman E. O’Brien who preceded her in death on Oct. 21, 1992. 

Dorothy was a homemaker. 

She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca (Steve) Post of New Haven, Ind.; and four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. 

Funeral services will begin at 1p.m. on Saturday, April 9, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada. A private burial will take place at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.
