Blanchard Valley Hospital ranked among 100 great community hospitals
Blanchard Valley Hospital is proud to announce that it has been named one of Becker's Hospital Review's "100 Great Community Hospitals" in the United States for the second consecutive year.
This award comes on the heels of BVH being named among the nation's 100 Top Hospitals for the fourth time by Truven Health Analytics, a leading provider of data-driven analytics and solutions to improve the cost and quality of health care.
Becker's Hospital Review's 100 Great Community Hospitals list is based on a hospital's quality, accolades and service to its community. The Becker's Hospital Review editorial team selected hospitals for inclusion based on various rankings and awards, including those from iVantage Health Analytics, Truven Health Analytics, Healthgrades, CareChex, the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Leapfrog Group.
"We are extremely honored to be included among the Becker's Hospital Review's 100 Great Community Hospitals again this year," said Scott Malaney, president and CEO of Blanchard Valley Health System. "This kind of recognition is a testament to the quality of the associates, physicians and volunteers that work in our organization, and demonstrates our ability to deliver safe, high-quality care for the communities we serve."
