Benjamin Bowers on Dean's list at Denison University
GRANVILLE, Ohio (Feb 14, 2017) - Benjamin Bowers of Ada was one of 327 students named to Denison University's 2016 fall semester dean's list by Provost Kim Coplin. "Denison students thrive as they learn new modes of thought and are challenged to see the world in complex ways by faculty who share their own personal enthusiasm for research and scholarship," says Coplin. Students who achieve dean's list status have maintained a grade point average of 3.7 or better (out of 4.0) for the semester. Bowers is a graduate of Ada High School and a member of the Denison class of 2020.
At Denison University, one of the nation's leading liberal arts colleges, motivated students from around the world tailor educational experiences in pursuit of their highest aspirations. Innovative faculty and a completely residential campus provide an integrated learning environment for students to develop as critical thinkers, perceptive moral agents and active citizens in a global community as they prepare for rewarding lives of purpose and impact.
