Thirty-three new international students from 26 countries and 77 new Dimension Award Scholars were invited to a meet-and-greet reception at the Business College on Wednesday evening.

Several administrators welcomed the new students saying that ONU is a safe place and diversity is encouraged on campus. Several student organizations had tables set up with information about their group and had representatives in attendance to further explain their organization's opportunities and goals.

Dimension Award Scholars are from racial and ethnic backgrounds that are under represented on campus. The program offers financial assistance, social programming, and academic support.
