Volley for the cure, pink out, homecoming on the school calendar
Here's the latest happenings at Ada High School, from the school website:
VOLLEY FOR THE CURE: The Ada High school volleyball team will host a volley for the cure on Oct. 3 at the Ada gym versus Spencerville. All proceeds going to Amelia Griffin a first grader at Ada who is in remission from stage four cancer
If you were interested in purchasing a volley for the cure shirt for team Amelia see any high school volleyball player. The cost is $10 for the shirt there will be posters up around the school letting you know about the other things going on they will be lots of baked goods to purchase and other things to do.
BULLDOG PINK OUT GAME: Pink out t-shirt order forms were passed out in advisory. Get yours ordered by Sept. 22 so you can help the Ada football team and cheerleaders raise awareness of breast cancer at the Oct.13 Pink out Game. Orders and money can be turned in to the high school office. Orders due by Sept. 22.
BOOK CLUB: Our first meeting is Friday, Oct. 27 during lunch. See Mrs. Smith for your copy of this month's title.
STUDENTS IN GRADES 9-12:The first all-Hardin County Key Club meeting of the year is Sept. 20 at 3:30 p.m. at Kenton High School. Key Club is a service and leadership organization, and a great opportunity for high school students.
STUDENT-COUNCIL HOMECOMING: Guest request forms are available in the high school office for the Homecoming dance, Sept. 30. If you are planning to bring a date who does not attend Ada High School, this form needs to be filled out and returned to the high school office by Sept. 29.

Sept. 19th - Music students pickup fundraiser items after school on the stage
Sept. 20th – Freshman class ring orders 7 to 9 p.m. cafeteria
Sept. 24th – Powder puff game at Ada War Memorial Park, 7 p.m.
Sept. 26th – 2-hour early dismissal at 1:30 p.m. - Staff development meeting
Sept. 27th – Homecoming bon fire south side of school by cafeteria, 8 p.m.
Sept. 29th – Homecoming crowning of king and queen before the football game
Sept. 30th – Homecoming dance, 8 p.m.
