Tread lightly
By Tim Glon
The Ohio Northern men's and women's swimming and diving teams will join teams from across the country in an attempt to break the Guiness Book of World Records mark for the most people treading water at the same time.
The Polar Bears will participate in the event on Wednesday, Sept. 27, at 5 pm at the ONU Sports Center.
The goal of this World Record attempt is to raise awareness of the global drowning pandemic and to raise donations for the International Water Safety Foundation.

The Polar Bears will open their 2017-18 season on Oct. 14 at the Kenyon Relays and the Denison Diving Meet under 14th-year head coach Peggy Ewald.
