Citizen of the Year nominations sought
The Town and Gown Banquet, which celebrates the connection between Ada and Ohio Northern University, will be held Monday, Nov. 6 in the McIntosh Center. Highlights of the evening are the presentation of the Distinguished Citizen Award and the welcoming of newcomers to the community.
Distinguished Citizen Award nominations may be submitted online at www.onu.edu/towngownor by downloading the form from that site and sending to Katie Fitzgerald, ONU office of Human Resources, 525 S. Main St., Ada, or [email protected]. The nomination deadline is Oct. 18.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and dinner begins at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $18 and will be available beginning Oct. 2 at Liberty National Bank, ONU office of Human Resources, Quest Federal Credit Union, and McIntosh Center information desk.
