Bridge Bereavement Services Hosting “Myths & Misconceptions of Grief”
Bridge Bereavement Services will offer a presentation to address the myths associated with grief on Monday, October 16, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Marathon Auditorium at Blanchard Valley Hospital, 1900 South Main Street, Findlay. The presentation is free, open to the public and registration is not required.
This presentation will focus on dispelling the many myths and misconceptions of grief such as “grief gets better the second year” and “grief will progress in predictable stages.”
“Myths & Misconceptions of Grief” is part of the Living Through Loss presentation series, a 9-month educational series that explains how to deal with the loss of a loved one. For questions contact Niki Sidle, bereavement coordinator, at 419.423.5351 or email [email protected].
