The Ohio Northern women's basketball team moved up three spots to a season high ranking of No. 12 in the latest D3hoops.com poll.

The Polar Bears received 336 votes in the poll.

DePauw (Ind.) stayed at the top of the poll with 623 points, Calvin (Mich) is ranked second with 569 points and Washington University (Mo.) is third with 543 points.

ONU was ranked No. 24 in the first weekly poll, No. 20 in the second poll, No. 17 in the third poll and No. 15 in the fourth rankings.

Ohio Northern has won 10 games in a row and has an overall record of 11-1.

Northern is also a perfect 5-0 in OAC play and sits in first place.

The Polar Bears will be in action again on Saturday when they host No. 13 Mount Union in a key early season OAC matchup. Tip off is at 3 p.m. at the ONU Sports Center.
