Huey is OAC men's swimmer of the week
Sophomore Nolan Huey (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week for the week of Nov. 27-Dec. 3.
Huey led the men's swimming and diving team to a fifth place finish at the Wooster Invitational this past weekend.
The sophomore re-broke his own school record in the 200 back to lead the way for ONU, finishing just over two seconds out of first place, breaking the school record in 1:52.98.
Huey earned his second career OAC Swimmer of the Week honor for his efforts.
The Polar Bears return to the pool after the new year, as they travel to Colorado College for a dual meet with the Tigers on January 10 at 3:45 (PST).
