The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce has its 2013 membership drive underway, according to Deb Curlis, chamber president.

An attachment to this article includes a membership application form, reservation form for the annual celebration dinner and a nomination form for the outstanding business/industry award.

Chamber memberships
Chamber memberships are $75 for a business, non-profit organization and service club. There is a $25 associate fee for individuals. Persons with questions may contact Alisa at 419-634-0455.

Annual Celebration Dinner
This year’s chamber annual celebration dinner is at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 16, at Community Health Professionals, 1200 S. Main St.

The dinner celebrates the achievements of the chamber during 2012.An outstanding business/industry of the year will be recognized during the evening.

Jeanne’s Kitchen of Bluffton is catering the meal. The cost $12 per person.

Outstanding Business/Industry Award
Any business/industry in Ada or Liberty Township and the surrounding area is eligible for nomination. The award winner is determined by the contribution it made to the Ada community.
