Kuhn is OAC men’s swimmer of the week
Ohio Northern senior Braden Kuhn (Tiffin/Columbian) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week.
The senior led the Polar Bears (4-0 overall, 3-0 OAC) to a 182-118 victory over Mount Union and at least a share of the OAC Regular Season Crown for the 12th time.
Kuhn swept the diving competitions to lead the way for Northern in its victory over Mount Union.
He won the 1-meter diving with 280.85 points, surpassing the NCAA qualifying standard of 275 on the 1-meter board. He also won the 3-meter diving with 258.15 points.
The Polar Bears return to the pool on Friday evening as they travel to Berea to compete in the annual Golden Kickboard meet against Baldwin Wallace.
