Women’s lacrosse has work cut out for them
The Ohio Northern women's lacrosse team has been selected to finish seventh in the Ohio Athletic Conference preseason poll.
The Polar Bears return 12 letterwinners and eight starters from last year's squad that finished 3-13 overall and was 2-6 in the OAC.
Northern will open its season on Feb. 22 at Hiram and will open the home portion of its schedule at Dial-Roberson Stadium as it plays host to Trine (Ind.) on Feb. 25 at 5 pm under third-year head coach Beth Hemminger.
