Julie Wilson, age 72, died on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 8:32 a.m. at Lima Memorial Health System.

          She was born on June 12, 1945 in Kenton, Ohio to Lewis D. and Ruth (Brown) Rader and they are both deceased.  On December 22, 1963 Julie married Thomas Wilson and he survives in Dola.  

          Julie was employed by the Hardin County Educational Service Center and taught Special Education Classes in the Kenton City Schools for over 20 years; she was a 1963 graduate of Hardin Northern High School and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Ohio State University and her Masters Degree from the University of Dayton.  Julie enjoyed her years of teaching students with special needs.  She loved spending time with her family, especially following her grandchildren to their activities and hosting family times at the farm.

          Also surviving are a son, Bradford R. (Amy) Wilson of Hilliard; a daughter, Anjie W. (Alvin) Trusty of Findlay; 2 sisters: Jane (Dave) Fogt of Phoenix, AZ and Lisa (Randy) King of Findlay and 9 grandchildren: Eric Wilson, Ethan Wilson, Caden Wilson, Carter Wilson, Kayla (Jake) Latsha, Karlie (Nate) Higgins and Kara (Boyan) Bashlieva, Kelsey Trusty and Maria Trusty; and 4 great grandchildren.

          She was preceded in death by a brother, Jan Rader.

Celebration of Life will be held at the Community Health Professionals Building, 1200 South Main Street, Ada on Friday, February 23, from 2:00-4:00 p.m.  It was her wish to be cremated.  A private inurnment will be held.
