Ada netters whip Pleasant

MARION - The Ada boys tennis team improved to 2-0 this season with a convincing 4-1 victory over Marion Pleasant Monday evening.
The Bulldogs swept all three singles matches and the first doubles bout without coming close to dropping a set.
Match results:
1st singles: Zach Beaschler (A) defeats Ben Morris 6-0, 6-0
2nd: Cade Mullins (A) def. Josh Niles 6-1, 6-0
3rd: Miranda Wills (A) def. Nash Randall 6-2, 6-1
1st doubles: Isaac Spar/Nathan Hurtig (A) def. Isaac Zachman/Adam Meyer 6-2, 6-3
2nd: Isaiah Wiley/Zach Abraham defeats Acel Gamble/Adam Bailey
(A) 7-5, 6-4
Beaschler, Mullins and Wills each improved to 2-0 in singles play this season with their wins.
Ada is scheduled to play at Bryan Tuesday, April 3.
