ONU senior Zach Goodchild (Pickerington/North) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for his efforts at the Defiance Spring Invitational.

The senior earned the honor for the second time this season after he tied the Ohio Northern 18-hole record with a first round 67 and finished with the third lowest 36-hole total in school history at 141.

Goodchild claimed Medalist honors in the 101-man field. It is the second Medalist victory this season for the All-Region senior.
