Melody A Hadley, 1948 - 2018
Melody A. Hadley, age 70, died on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 10:04 p.m. at Bridge Hospice, Blanchard Valley Health System, Findlay.
She was born on May 4, 1948 in Ashtabula, Ohio to the late Ray and Mary (Jones) Hare Sr. On April 29, 1967 Melody married James Lee Hadley and he preceded her in death on November 16, 2017.
Melody retired from Trumbull Memorial Hospital where she had worked in Medical Records. She was a member of the Ada Family Center.
She is survived by her two sons: Matthew (Connie) Hadley of Wilmore, KY and Ray (Jennifer) Hadley of Ada; four grandchildren: Connor Hadley, Mackenzie (Lucas) Hughart, Madison Hadley and Andrew Hadley; two great grandchildren: Adeline Hughart and Mya Hughart; a brother, Chris (Teri) Hare of Ashtabula; and a sister, Bev (Ron) Turner of Ashtabula.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Hare Jr.
Memorial services will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, at Union Chapel Missionary Church, 4869 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio 45801 with Pastor Brent Linhart officiating.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, at the Union Chapel Missionary Church, Lima.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Ada Family Center, 4073 State Route 309, Ada, Ohio 45810
