LIMA - The Ada golf team competed in a three-team Northwest Conference golf match Monday at Colonial Golf Course.

League leader Spencerville (8-0 NWC) won with 166 strokes, followed by Allen East (194) and Ada (226).

Alex Morgan paced the Bulldogs with a 51. Ethan Hull shot 52 while Brevin Sizemore shot 60 and Austin Amurgey added a 63.

Jake Colwell and Rob Allison each carded a score of 64.

Alex Gallman of the Bearcats was match medalist with a score of 39. The Harmon brothers of Spencerville were close behind at 40.

Carter Frey led AE (5-3 NWC) with a score of 42.

Ada (2-11, 1-7 NWC) plays at Country Acres Tuesday, August 28 against Paulding and Columbus Grove.
