Soggy Saturday at the Hardin County Fair
Photos and story by Ken Collins
It was a soggy Saturday at the Hardin County Fair. But the 62-degree temperature and the rainy remnants of Tropical Storm Gordon did not deter many hardy fair-goers.
Among the attractions at this year's fair were the usual rides, rabbits, and fair food, but also a first-time performance by young students of the Hardin County YMCA musical theatre troupe.
In spite of the nasty weather, most appeared to enjoy their day at the fair.
Saturday night’s Dylan Scott and Brown & Gray concert was cancelled due to inclement weather leading to safety concerns
Due to the possibility of rain, the Varsity Singers performance to have been held on Sunday has been cancelled.
