Patricia Arnett, Liberty National Bank senior vice president, human resource director and cash management officer, passed the SHRM Senior Certified Professional exam on July 10.

SHRM certification is the only HR certification offered by the world’s largest HR membership organization.  As the industry leader in HR professional development, SHRM has supported more than 100,000 employers representing 140 million employees worldwide.

The SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) and SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) exams are accredited by the Buros Center for Testing, asserting that the HR credentials meet the highest standards in testing. 

The SHRM certification focuses on three behavior competencies: leadership, interpersonal, and business competencies, and three knowledge domains: people, organization, and workplace.
