Boys' soccer: Ada ties Miller City 3-3

MILLER CITY - The visiting Ada boys soccer team played to a 3-3 tie at Miller City Monday evening.
The Bulldogs (0-1-1) jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half as Jacob Poling and Skylar Williams each scored for Ada.
MC then roared back with three unanswered goals to take a 3-2 lead to intermission.
But Poling tied it up with his second goal just over 10 minutes into the second half, and the game remained scoreless the rest of the way.
Isaac Spar dished out two assists and Williams added one assist for Ada. Keeper Grant Preston was credited with 10 saves in goal.
Ada hosts Spencerville Saturday at 1 p.m. in the home and Northwest Conference opener. The Bulldogs are scheduled to play a reserve game at Kenton Wednesday evening.
