Patricia Kipker was a retired Ada EMT and Paramedic
Patricia H. Kipker, 77, died on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019, at 5:43 p.m. at her residence in Ada.
She was born on Jan. 15, 1942 in Lima, Ohio, to the late Robert and Catherine (McNamara) Dimond. On Nov. 7, 1961, Patricia married Louis L. Kipker, Jr. and he survives in Ada.
Patricia retired from Hardin Hills Nursing Health Center, Kenton, where she worked as a nurse. She was also a volunteer EMT and Paramedic for Ada Emergency Services.
Also surviving are her three children: Theresa (Douglas) Ross of Monroe, La., Robert (Jennifer) Kipker of Ada and Georgia (Wayne) Wayson of Burleson, Texas; eight beloved grandchildren: Miranda, Taylor and Alexandra Ross, Beau, Kylie and Keaton Kipker, and Jordan and Jakob Wayson; and a sister, Margie Dimond of Louisville, Ky.
Patricia was preceded in death by two brothers: Robert Dimond and William Dimond; and a sister, Judy Peddicord.
It was her wish to be cremated. A private family service will be held at a later date.
