Tipp City, just off Interstate 75,  hosts A Shopkeeper's Open House located in historic downtown Tipp City, Ohio, Saturday, Nov. 9, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 10, noon to 6 p.m.
