Funeral service for Jaden Heacock on Friday
Jaden E. Heacock, 30, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019 in Ada, Ohio.
He was born on July 17, 1989, in Lima, Ohio, to Dan E. Heacock and Lesa A. Epling. His father and step mother, Dan and Bonnie Heacock survive in Dunkirk and his mother and step father, Lesa and Tom Scott survive in Alger.
Jaden was a self-employed plumber. He was a 2008 graduate of Hardin Northern High School and a U.S. Army veteran.
Also surviving are paternal grandmother, Rita Heacock of Dunkirk; six brothers: Joshua Heacock of Dunkirk, Brandon (Amber) Scott of Alger, Dustin (Lori) Crabtree of Dunkirk, Lance Crabtree of Lima, Brock (Kara) Martin of Ada and Ethon Flowers of Dunkirk; four sisters: Jamie Stewart-Evans of Georgia, Danielle (Darian) Smith of Kenton, Jessica (Matt) Price of Kenton and Cheyenne (Chad) Smith of Marysville; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Don Heacock; maternal grandparents: Gerald and Juanita Epling; and uncle, Brent Epling.
Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, at the Assembly of God Church, 7050 State Route 235, Alger, Ohio 45812 with Pastor Mark Andreasan officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call from 4:to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the DARE of Hardin County.
