As a student, Toma was involved in Kappa Pi art honorary and graduated with a BFA degree in art with a concentration in graphic design.

After graduation, she worked as a designer in ONU’s office of marketing and communications and now is a senior graphic designer at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.
