Wanda Dodds 1939 - 2021
Wanda G. Dodds, 81, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021, at 1:07 p.m. at Shawnee Manor, Lima.
She was born on April 9, 1939, in Lima, Ohio, to Robert Wright and Ruth Uteva (Gossard) Calverty who preceded her in death. On Dec. 25, 1964, Wanda married Ronald E. Dodds and he survives in LaFayette.
Wanda was a Christian and a homemaker. She was a member of the Congregational Christian Church of LaFayette.
She is survived by a son, Daniel Dodds of LaFayette; four daughters: Christine (Charles) Moore of Cridersville, Carmen (Mark) Long of Piqua, Linda Koepp of Minnesota and Elaine (Eric) Butturff of Lima; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; and two brothers: Robert (Janet) Calvert of Spencerville and Dennis (Terri) Calvert of Indian Lake.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Betty Stevens and Donna Dirmeyer; and a brother, Wilbur Calvert.
Private family burial will take place in Fisher Cemetery, LaFayette.
