Harvest and Herb Festival is back!

Ada’s Harvest and Herb Festival returns on Saturday, Sept. 18, following an off-year due to covid-19.
The event sponsor is the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce. Craft vendor and parade entry applications are now being accepted, according to Deb Curlis, chamber director.
Craft booths
Like previous festivals, this year’s event is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with craft vendor booths on Ada’s Main Street from Highland to College Avenue. Main Street will be closed at State Route 235 all the way to State Route 81.
The festival has 180 spaces available for vendors. Booths are approximately 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep. A limited number have electricity available.

Parade
The harvest and herb parade also returns this year. The parade forms at 9 a.m. behind school located at 725 W. North Avenue, Ada. The parade starts at 10 a.m.
Junior Weihrauch of Arlington is the parade director. Groups interested in being in the parade may contact him at 419-889-4315.
Several additional events during the festival are still in the planning stages.
