Ada is busting out all over
June appears to be busting out all over in Ada. As the summer emerges, events that were unable to take place last year are beginning to return to life.
For example, there will be a library summer reading program, several Ada High School camps plus a return of high school camps at Ohio Northern University.
And, the Ada swimming pool opens for the summer on Saturday.
The Icon’s “Hometown Happenings” includes a detailed list of June activities in Ada.
Darlene Bowers compiled the list, which ranges from events planned at:
• Ada school
• Ohio Northern University
• Ada Public Library
• The Inn at ONU
• Public meetings
The Icon invites area churches to send details on Vacation Bible Schools. And, any community organization planning anything from a barbecue, ice cream social or other fundraiser should send details and flyers to the Icon at: [email protected]
The June Hometown Happenings is attached in a printer-friendly form.
