Marilyn Nitchie was a member of Believers Church of New Beginnings
Marilyn Kay Nitchie, age 74, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 5:50 AM at her residence in Ada, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on September 17, 1946 in Lima, Ohio to the late Arthur and Laura (Hurt) Clemons. On April 4, 1969, Marilyn married Ernest S. “Sam” Nitchie who preceded her in death on March 4, 2021.
Marilyn was an active member at Believers Church of New Beginnings, Alger.
Marilyn is survived by her three children: John (Linda) Nitchie of Findlay, Nikki (Johnny) Allen of Ada and Samantha (Travis) Hull of Arlington; ten grandchildren: Lorena, Joey, Austin, Jonathon, Jordinn, Lane, Jonathan, Ethan, Brandon and Keagan; nine great grandchildren; three brothers: Jeff Clemons, Bob (Wilma) Clemons and Kevin (Janice) Clemons; and two sisters: Sheila (Robert) Dye and Helen (Ron) Shumaker.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers: Ronald Clemons and Jerry Clemons.
The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Believers Church of New Beginnings at 204 North Street, Alger with Pastor Zelma Shepherd officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:00 PM on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Believers Church of New Beginnings at 204 North Street, Alger.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heart T Farms at 6895 Sandy Point Road, Elida, Ohio 45807.
