Gregory Lee Young worked for Ford Motor
Gregory Lee Young, age 68, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021, at his residence.
He was born on October 31, 1953, in Lima, Ohio to the late Perry and Donna (Corbet) Young, Jr. On July 14, 1973, Gregory married Trudi A. Meeker and she survives in Harrod.
Also surviving are his three children: Nathan (Stacey) Young of Harrod, Gabe (Sheena) Young of Lima and Lydia (Larry) Nickles of Harrod; seven grandchildren: Alyssa (Brent), Gracie (Gavin), Carter, Jac, Aubrey, Ethan and Aaliyah; and a sister-in-law, Lisa Young of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his two brothers: Stephen and Kevin Young.
Gregory retired from Ford Motor Company of Lima. He was a member of the Harrod Christian Church. He was an avid Sprint Car fan. Gregory enjoyed anything that involved his grandchildren and beemed with pride for them.
A memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021, at the Harrod Christian Church, 273 South Main Street, Harrod, Ohio 45850.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 13 at the church.
