Randy Winegardner worked for BP Chemical
Randall Dean “Randy” Winegardner, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born on March 19, 1955, in Lima, Ohio to Kurt and Sundra “Sis” (Orchard) Winegardner. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Lima.
Also surviving are his children: Jason Winegardner of LaFayette, Amy Winegardner of Lima and Nicole (Chris) Ridge of Arcanum; seven grandchildren: Kyla, Melana, Caitlin, Tristan, Connor, Braylon, and Elliana; five siblings: Carol (Bill) Myers of Lima, Cathi (Mark) Atkinson of Olin, IA, Chris (Tom) Bowersock of McAllen, TX, Rusty (Stephanie) Winegardner of Harrod and Carrie (Tim) Skinner of Lima; special friend, Linda Steinke of Wapakoneta; and many nieces and nephews.
Randy retired from BP Chemical of Lima. He also worked for NAPA Auto Parts. Randy was a 4-H advisor for the Auglaize Ag and was an avid gardener.
Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada. Burial will be in Auglaize Cemetery, Harrod. The funeral service for Randy will be live streamed on the Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services Facebook Page beginning at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 22nd.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
