Anna Mae Shrider worked for RCA
Anna Mae Shrider, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.
She was born on March 2, 1931, in Kenton, Ohio to the late Julian “Jack” and Alice (Gebby) Sons. On February 14, 1948, Anna married Joe E. Shrider and he preceded her in death on May 6, 1980.
Anna retired from RCA of Findlay.
Anna is survived by two sons: Dwight (Lisa) Shrider of Roundhead and Larry (Daisy) Shrider of Lima; a daughter, Linda (Ken Muter) Heitmeyer of Lima; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren; a brother, Marion “Bud” Sons of Forest; and two sisters: Mariam “Susie” Johnson and Joyce (Richard) Price all of Forest.
She was preceded in death by her son, Danny Joe Shrider; a grandson; three brothers and a sister.
It was her wish to be cremated. A private family service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the West Ohio Food Bank.
