Welcome Home Grant offered by Liberty National Bank
Ronald L. Zimmerly, Jr., President and CEO of Liberty National Bank, recently announced the bank’s participation in the Welcome Home Program, a grant sponsored by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. The program is designed to assist eligible homebuyers with down payment or closing costs when buying a home.
The Welcome Home Program provides up to $2,500 in grant money for low to moderate income homebuyers and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Honorably discharged veterans and active-duty military homebuyers may receive Welcome Home grants up to $7,500.
Welcome Home funds will be available starting March 1, 2022 and will end when the money is no longer available. In addition to the grant money, Liberty National Bank is waiving ½ of the processing fee for approved first–time homebuyers that qualify for the grant in 2022.
Those interested in obtaining Welcome Home Program qualification guidelines or additional information about the Program should contact Angela Dawn Hersh (NMLS ID: 466766) at 419-634-5015 or visit https://www.myliberty.bank/welcomehomegrant.php.
