Photo-story: The Shop celebrated with chamber ribbon-cutting
"The Shop" is the new Ada outlet for Northwest Ohio Liquidations, which also has a warehouse outlet in Bowling Green. Located in the former Reichert's Clothing shop, 111-113 S Main, the business is owned and operated by Jamie and Alonzo Green.
The business has been in Bowling Green for almost five years. The Ada outlet was created, according to Jamie, an Ada native, "Because my heart belongs here."
The Shop is stocked with a wide variety items, updated daily. During this opening week, there were small appliances, furniture, and racks and racks of clothing. Jamie noted that the business had even received trampolines recently. Some furniture which came unassembled has been assembled by The Shop. The business purchases from big box stores including Sam's Club.
The business also has an auction app, with many items being shippable. Visit https://www.nwo-theshop.com/ for more information about The Shop and https://www.northwestohioliquidations.com/ for more information about the warehouse.
Jamie Green noted that after a busy three weeks preparing for opening day, the business had a fantastic first sales day on April 23, with shoppers coming into town to explore their new offerings and surrounding businesses.
